Usage Rules

-Private Home Viewing Only provides services to you solely for viewing, use and enjoyment in your private home. You agree that no services provided to you will be used or viewed in areas open to the public, commercial establishments or other residential locations. Services may not be rebroadcast or performed, and admission may not be charged for listening to, using or viewing any services. If your services are used or viewed in an area open to the public, a commercial establishment or another residential location, we may disconnect your services with no refund.

Programming Restrictions Certain services, including without limitation, some subscription services, sporting events and broadcast network Services, may be blacked out in your viewing area.

-Minimum Programming Levels reserves the right to require and/or change minimum programming requirements at any time. For example BAN/REMOVE/CHANGE, and without limitation, may require a minimum commitment term.

-Account Sharing reserves the right to disable/suspend any account who is in violation of this policy. Account Sharing is NOT permitted. If you are using Vibe TV service on multiple IP addresses simultaneously, you are in violation and subject to account suspension. You may not use your account in multiple locations at the same time unless you are using a mobile network (4G or 5G data).  Using your account at home and at work is not permitted.  You will need to purchase a separate account for your other home or work location.  There are no refunds given for this violation. Account will only be unsuspended after the customer has contacted and explained their situation, assuring that it will no longer happen. If it happens a 2nd time, the account will be disabled and banned from use of the Vibe TV service.

-Ban Rules POLICY

To improve the server quality. We have active the Anti-Restreaming pregame on the server it will automatically blocked the subscription when it occurs.
1. The customer cannot enter the same username for more than one household or business.
2. When a client logs on with their username on multiple devices in multiple IP locations, automatic ban.
3. If the client uses their username on more than one network/different internet, account will ban automatically.

These Terms of Use Are a Contract Between You and Us

1) The App/Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

2) To the extent permitted by law, will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the App/Service.

3) makes no warranty that the functionality of the App/Service will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the App/Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

Paid Transactions/Payment Information will share your Payment Information with banks relevant to the transaction in order to enable transactions to be completed. In addition, may use Payment Information to determine your credit-worthiness and, in the process of such determination, may make such Payment Information available to banks or credit agencies. Refund Policy

You may cancel your service at ANY time in your product client area or if you pay via PayPal subscription, you may cancel via the PayPal website at any point during your service.  NO returns or exchanges possible. Once the order is confirmed and account is offered and activated, We DO NOT offer returns or refunds, please note that and we have a trial test before placing the monthly or yearly order, because the account cannot be sold again.

-Once you pay for your service, your service is provided IN FULL at that time. For example, if you purchase a 6-month package today, your account will not expire until 6 months from now. With this being the case, if you purchase 1 year today and decide to cancel tomorrow, you will not be refunded as your account has already been processed and provided to you for the entire year.

-We don’t offer refund you can buy 2 days for testing purposes before you buy.

-3rd party apps that are used with Apple, Roku, and Smart TV devices may or may not work. Vibe is not responsible for the functionality of these 3rd party apps and there are no refunds if any of these apps breakdown or stop working entirely.

-We do not accept refunds for any issue that can come in the future with Device Breakdown, Internet connections bad or some of channels stop working; we can change or delete some channels if it’s not stable at any time.

-We cannot promise all channels are working properly due to your Internet speed and other technical issue(s).

Force Majeure

In no event can be held responsible for any delay, interruption or error of the content or service provided via the app/service if caused, either directly or indirectly, by forces of nature, agents beyond our reasonable control, including failures of the Internet, computer hardware, telecommunications or any other equipment, blackouts, strikes, labor actions, riots, insurrections, civil commotion, labor or material shortages, fire, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, government acts, court or tribunal orders or third party negligence. may cooperate with independent third parties involved in the provision of Services (e.g. service provider). It is forbidden to use any trademark, service mark or re streaming belonging to any third party without prior permission from such a party.
